Return & Refund Policy (for Roots n Fruits)
We take great care in ensuring that all our products are fresh and of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered. This includes all perishable goods such as fruits, vegetables, and edible products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@rootsnfruits.in with:
- Your order details
- Clear photos of the issue
We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
If your issue is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, or
- A replacement will be arranged based on availability
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Perishable goods (all food items) unless damaged/incorrect
- Opened or used products
- Sale items or promotional offers
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
